Job Overview: A law firm in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a licensed Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience in Nevada State and Federal Courts. Trial experience is preferred. Duties:

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings and trials.

  • Manage and prioritize caseload efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience in Nevada State and Federal Courts.
  • Trial experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Nevada civil procedure and evidence rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
