Havertown office of our client seeks a foreclosure attorney with some experience. The candidate will oversee and manage high-volume statewide foreclosure matters. Ensure that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm's files. Outline the appropriate actions to be taken and ensure that said steps are implemented and completed, as well as oversee any actions of paralegals that are assigned to assist the attorney or the contested litigation department. Act as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. All files will be managed in accordance with applicable foreclosure rules (Federal and local) and firm-established timelines, rules, goals, and objectives. Become familiar with and work within the firm's case management system to create, manage and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained. Outline, prepare, and present pleadings and other court and legal documents, as well as argue the merits of assigned cases at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trials, as appropriate. Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills are required. Should have the ability to handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact.
