About the Job:

The Head of Private Platforms and Anti-Covert Tracking will be responsible for leading the partnerships team at Google to accelerate participation in the Privacy Sandbox initiative. This role will involve working with web and mobile ad tech companies, platforms, publishers, marketers, and other integrators to introduce new privacy-forward technologies and mitigate user tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of product specialists to manage and coach initiatives related to Chrome and Android anti-covert tracking, as well as early-stage feedback and testing programs for new technologies.
- Develop a deep understanding of current industry use cases and how companies can incorporate Privacy Sandbox technologies for a privacy-forward approach.
- Join and lead external engagements to help companies build integration plans and gather feedback.
- Equip the global Partnerships team to support a larger set of stakeholders interested in using Privacy Sandbox technologies.
- Support major announcements and milestones in the Privacy Sandbox roadmap by coordinating with cross-functional teams and developing external resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a client-facing role with web or mobile infrastructure providers, integrators and service providers, sites or apps, online privacy, or trust and safety industries.
- Experience with web and mobile platform technologies, product strategy and business models.
- Experience as a people manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or JD.
- Experience working with product teams to launch technical partner integrations and manage collaborative partner relationships.
- Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous start-up like environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, persistent execution, and relationships drive success.
- Ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts.

Salary Information:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
