This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with clients, spot and anticipate legal issues, write, edit, review motions and make sound legal arguments in the courtroom. Successful applicants must be admitted to the New Hampshire Bar or be eligible for immediate admission by waiver, have a valid driver’s license, demonstrate a commitment to criminal defense and have a team-orientated, professional demeanor. ##Requirements * Admitted to the New Hampshire Bar or be eligible for immediate admission by waiver. * Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. * Demonstrated commitment to criminal defense. * A team-orientated, professional demeanor. * The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. * A strong and established work ethic. ##Salary and Benefits Full-time and part-time positions are available. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision and life/disability insurance and a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer matching after first year as outlined in plan agreement.
