Duties:

  • Handle corporate leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating leases.
  • Manage real estate portfolios and provide legal guidance on construction projects.
  • Facilitate property acquisition and disposition transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
  • Navigate complex real estate financing and investment transactions.
  • Structure and negotiate real estate joint ventures and development agreements.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and trends in real estate law.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, real estate joint ventures, and/or development and redevelopment.
  • Strong academic credentials and a law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Solid experience in sophisticated real estate law.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
