  • Admitted to practice as an attorney.
  • Proven track record in representing lenders in various financing transactions.
  • Strong understanding of UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues.
  • Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
