Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Illinois Bar.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with capital formation, partnerships, and finance would be highly beneficial for this role.
