Troy office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks criminal associate attorney with 2+ years of experience, either defense or prosecution. The candidate will work with the CEO, fellow attorneys, paralegals, and administrative assistants to achieve outstanding results for the clients. Will represent clients in criminal and administrative cases, in both state and federal courts, throughout the state of Michigan. Interview and advise potential clients about all legal options available to them in their specific matters. Superior legal research and writing skills for motions, briefs, and sentencing memos. Persuasively argue motions. Negotiate effectively with opposing counsel. Proactively manage workload and take 100% ownership of each file assigned. Bill a minimum of 1,440 annual and collectible hours while providing an exceptional client experience, and trial preparation. Trial experience preferred, first or second chair. Must have a valid law license and be in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association. Should have a . degree from an accredited law school.
