New Pig Corporation is currently seeking a full-time Business Attorney (Corporate Counsel) to join our team. As a leading provider in industrial leak and spill management, New Pig has been setting the standard for innovation and expertise since 1985. With a global reach and a continued commitment to growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney to join our in-house legal team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to company leadership and executive officers on a variety of legal matters
- Collaborate with executive management to understand corporate objectives and provide guidance
- Engage external counsel as needed and coordinate efforts across multiple areas of law, including corporate, contract, intellectual property, real estate, and employment
- Review legal agreements and make recommendations for successful execution
- Assist in execution of documents for mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and implement a plan to audit contract compliance and ensure all corporate documents are in good order
- Utilize technology and contract management software to efficiently receive, document, and execute contracts
- Organize and maintain legal documents and correspondence

Qualifications:
- Juris doctorate and active license from the State Bar Association
- Experience in business law
- Willingness to work onsite at New Pig headquarters in Tipton, PA
- Strong sense of initiative and internal motivation
- Critical thinking skills and ability to make timely and tough business decisions
- Comfortable operating in a complex, global environment and driving results
- Strong research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop detailed reports and effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Broad understanding of fundamental business principles and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems and process tools
