The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, a valid license to practice law in Nebraska, and a proven track record of successful litigation in family law.

Job Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective representation.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including the regular issuance of monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews.
• Collaborate with practice managers to identify and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage and track performance metrics, demonstrating accomplishments and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience with a focus on family law.
• Experience as the first chair in family law cases.
• Valid license to practice law in the state of Nebraska.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.

Certifications:

• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska.
