Job Overview:

As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, handling all aspects of litigation from client intake to trial, and advocating for the best possible outcomes for clients.

Duties:

  • Communicating with clients to gather case information and provide updates
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
  • Leading mediations to negotiate settlements
  • Developing case strategies in collaboration with the legal team
  • Taking cases to trial when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Indiana State Bar
  • Experience drafting and responding to motions
  • Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Indiana

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
