The Senior Manager in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax practice at PwC will have the opportunity to work with clients in the financial services industry, providing tax advice and guidance while navigating the complex and ever-changing landscape of national and international tax laws. Job Requirements and Preferences:

- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
- Certification(s) Required: CPA or Member of the Bar

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrates intimate knowledge of compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, such as hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds
- Considerable knowledge of fund structuring and management to minimize tax liability
- Intimate knowledge of alternative investment strategies and vehicles
- Demonstrates comprehensive tax technical skills, including partnership tax forms
- Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs, such as building and maintaining relationships, communicating value propositions, managing resources, and preparing complex written and verbal materials
- Considerable experience as a team leader, fostering trust and seeking diverse views for improvement and innovation
- Success as a tax technical business advisor, developing new relationships, and selling new services with a "One Firm" service mindset
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment, including innovating with new technologies, working with large data sets, and utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements
- Advance pricing strategy through the use of pricing tools and influence a shift to alternative fee arrangements
