Duties:

• Conducting patent prosecution activities, including drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications.
• Collaborating with inventors and attorneys to assess patentability and prepare patent applications.
• Analyzing patent office actions and preparing responses.
• Conducting prior art searches and patent landscape analyses.
• Providing technical and legal support in patent litigation matters.
• Managing patent portfolios and advising clients on patent strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Experience in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front end.
• Excellent academic credentials.
