Duties:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters encompassing premises and retail liability, product liability, rideshare liability, construction defect and injury, public entity and civil rights, commercial auto, and commercial trucking cases.
  • Conducted legal research and analysis and drafted motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and adhere to procedural requirements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to casualty litigation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in casualty litigation.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Florida.
  • Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
