  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and brief writing.
  • Participate in oral arguments and legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate effectively with legal teams and professionals within the law firm.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of general litigation and/or arbitration experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the field of managed care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, personable, articulate, and collaborative.
  • Previous experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills.

 

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Preferred law school experience includes law clerk internships, moot court, or law review/journal participation.

 

Certifications:

Bar license in at least one of the following states is preferred: California, Texas, or Florida.

 

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of managed care, including provider contract and billing disputes.
  • Proficient in legal research, analysis, and brief writing.
  • Strong oral argument skills.
