As a Corporate Counsel at Arch, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team that supports a diverse range of business initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting various technology-related contracts and agreements, as well as providing legal guidance and support to executive-level employees. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with a preference for candidates located near one of our East Coast offices.

- Experience in a law firm and/or in-house role, preferably with highly regulated clients or in the insurance/financial services industry
- Currently licensed to practice law in one or more states
- Familiarity with intellectual property law, data privacy, and information security
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties
- General understanding of corporate operations and experience with multi-national entities
- Completion of a 4-year degree and JD from an accredited law school
- Base salary range of $110,058 - $148,902/year for individuals assigned or hired to work in certain states
- Eligible for total individual compensation including base salary, short and long-term incentives
