• The Principal Associate, Contracts Manager will draft and negotiate low to medium risk contracts to drive business value.

• The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with others, collaborating on cross-functional teams and negotiating deals.

• Key responsibilities include assessment and planning, drafting, negotiation, transaction management, communication, collaboration, and strategic advice.

• Limited travel may be required for this role.

• Basic qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution, as well as a Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.

• Preferred qualifications include a Juris Doctorate or Paralegal and at least 1 year of experience in media and entertainment industry or supporting contracts for sponsorships, talent, media, agency services.
