Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000 DOE

Erb Law, LLC is a growing law firm seeking two full-time Associate Attorneys with 0-5 years of experience to join our team. Our practice focuses on the organization and operation of Title 32 special districts, representing the districts and real estate developers. We offer a fun and friendly work environment with opportunities for work-life balance and remote working.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of legal matters involving local government and special district law
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Attend client meetings and hearings
- Conduct legal research and review documents for legal sufficiency
- Communicate with partners, paralegals, and clients
- Timely maintenance of client files and management of deadlines
- Lead client matters to resolution and coordinate with other consultants

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate degree
- 0-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- General knowledge of municipal, local government and special districts law, real property, contracts, public utilities operations or regulation, employment law, risk management, legislation, and public finance
- Strong legal research, writing, and editing skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively
- Highly organized and detail oriented
