Duties:

• Represent clients in matrimonial and family law matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of matrimonial and family law developments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 0-3 years of experience in matrimonial and family law.
• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
