The ideal candidate should have experience commensurate with time in practice and possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and legal teams.

Duties:

• Handle general property and/or mineral title matters in the energy sector.
• Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy law.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist with negotiations and settlements.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on energy-related issues.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in energy mineral title and division order practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and legal teams.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
