Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and assess case viability.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams on case strategies.
• Stay informed about developments in personal injury law.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of actual experience in personal injury law (excluding pandemic-related furlough time).
• Ideal for young attorneys or those returning to the law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in New York.

Education:
