Job Details:

  • Oversee and manage all PIP cases, ensuring proper execution of demands and correcting them if necessary.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of case documents, including demand responses, insurance policies, and payment records.
  • Determine the legitimacy of filing suit through careful examination of case documents.
  • Perform intricate calculations related to MRI cases, chiropractic/orthopedic treatments, and hospital bills.
  • Adhere strictly to relevant laws and Medicare Fee Schedules in calculations.
  • Draft and attend motions for various hearings, including summary judgment, dismissal, compelling Deposits, and discovery.
  • Actively defend against motions for sanctions and manage settlement processes for litigation and pre-litigation cases.
  • Maintain regular communication with medical providers and insurance adjusters, providing updates and negotiating settlements.
  • Stay abreast of current PIP laws, conducting in-depth research as needed, particularly in emerging legal areas.
  • Train and guide support staff, ensuring accurate case evaluations and calculations.
