The ideal candidate will have a robust renewables background, including knowledge of facilities operations, power purchase agreements, wind, solar, hydroelectric, fuel cell facilities, smart grid, energy storage, and energy efficiency.

Duties:

• Counsel clients on renewables projects, emphasizing facilities operations and power purchase agreements.
• Provide legal advice and representation in litigation matters related to renewables.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on renewables regulations and industry trends.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to renewables projects.
• Manage and oversee renewables-related litigation cases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on renewables initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on renewables.
• Portable book of business.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the Bar.

Skills:

• Robust renewables experience, including knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
