  • Communicate with USPTO examiners to advocate for clients' patent applications.
  • Manage patent portfolios and provide strategic guidance to clients regarding patent matters.
  • Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and relevant technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of legal experience.
  • Experience in intellectual property law, particularly in drafting and patent prosecution.
  • Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.
  • Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
