Duties:

• Specialize in UIM bad faith litigation.
• Provide pre-litigation consultation.
• Draft coverage opinions.
• Potentially engage in insurance fraud investigation and litigation.
• Conduct legal research related to coverage issues.
• Analyze insurance policies to assess coverage and provide recommendations.
• Represent clients in coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
• Collaborate with the litigation team on complex cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and research abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in UIM bad faith litigation.
• Knowledge of insurance fraud investigation (a plus).

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
