A law firm in Peoria is actively searching for a qualified Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in commercial transactions. The ideal candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various commercial transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Provide legal advice to clients on commercial and business matters.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of commercial transactions on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of specific experience in commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial regulations.
