Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Private Equity (East Region City Locations)
Experience: 8+ years total corporate tax experience
Salary Range: $114,490 to $272,090 (with potential for discretionary annual incentive program)
Job Type: Full-time, hybrid work model (2-3 days in person per week)

Position Summary:
- Seeking a senior leader with experience in partnership agreements, aggregate allocations, deferral techniques, and consulting for major players in the investment management industry
- Opportunity to work on high-level tax compliance and consulting projects for investment management clients
- Responsibilities include reviewing tax research, work papers, and returns, as well as training and mentoring junior tax professionals and managing client relationships
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days in person per week

Qualifications:

- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office (or eligible to sit for the CPA exam)
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Advanced degree (Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM) and previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience preferred
