Job Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various labor and employment issues
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation before state and federal courts
  • Advise clients on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws and regulations

  • Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and management

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law
  • Strong understanding of state and federal labor and employment laws and regulations

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
