Duties:

  • Collaborate with partners to handle construction disputes and litigation.
  • Represent contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, sureties, and design professionals in construction projects such as roads, bridges, airports, condominiums, hotels, and industrial complexes.
  • Provide legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
  • Conduct client interviews, depositions, and witness examinations.
  • Assist in trial preparation and court appearances as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction litigation.
  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law principles and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
