Job Title: Senior Tax Manager
Experience: 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 (may vary based on location)

Job Description:

- Conduct research and analysis on federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and more.
- Assist with tax structuring for M&A transactions and internal restructuring.
- Draft emails, memos, and firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
- Participate in firm-wide trainings on federal income tax.
- Conduct federal domestic tax due diligence for M&A transactions.

Basic Qualifications:

- 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience, preferably in a large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS.

- Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Proficiency with tax research databases such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint.
