A law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to provide comprehensive support and guidance to case teams and clients. The role involves advising on discovery processes, leveraging advanced technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and legal obligations.

 

Job Duties:

  • Promote firm’s resources and capabilities to firm attorneys and staff through training and cultivating relationships.
  • Provide recommendations on discovery process improvements and opportunities for technology utilization.
  • Deliver training on RelativityOne and advocate best practices.
  • Advise on document preservation and collection strategies.
  • Draft Litigation Hold Notices and conduct scoping interviews.
  • Interface with vendors and client IT departments for document collections.
  • Collaborate on data collection, processing, and ingestion into Relativity.
  • Develop strategies for culling collected data.
  • Craft, revise, and test search terms for data culling and document review.
  • Advise on conducting efficient document reviews.
  • Set up and implement QC searches and protocols.
  • Train and supervise contract attorney review teams.
  • Advise on document production options and best practices.
  • Collaborate on production specifications and QC document productions.
  • Stay updated on eDiscovery case law, rules, and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Attorney.
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery Best Practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with RelativityOne.
  • Successful management of multiple, complex matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Active law license.
