Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support to publicly traded companies on securities offerings, both debt and equity.
  • Navigate federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Address corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
  • Mid-level attorney with substantial experience in a large law firm setting.
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York Bar is desired.

Skills:
