Job Title: Sr Associate - National Tax Services Exempt Organizations
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

Responsibilities:
- Provide valuable insight into emerging tax issues and trends for clients
- Assist in implementing successful tax strategies in response to legislative, federal, and judicial tax developments
- Serve a wide range of tax-exempt organizations, including colleges and universities, health care entities, foundations, supporting organizations, and cultural and religious organizations
- Advise on obtaining and preserving tax-exempt status
- Identify planning opportunities resulting from legislation, regulations, and rulings
- Structure revenue generating activities
- Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits planning
- Comply with income, excise, and employment tax requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, with preferred fields of study in Accounting or Taxation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting for not-for-profit organizations
- Juris Doctorate preferred
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification preferred
- Familiarity with SAS or other statistical software
- Strong technical skills in tax compliance and consulting for not-for-profit organizations and various tax forms
- Ability to research business and industry trends to develop a point of view for proposals
- Experience with automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of pricing and client value
