Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in the International Tax Services department, you will be part of a team that helps PwC clients with their global tax needs. This includes managing tax rates, identifying areas for cost reduction, and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities. You will gain a global perspective and an understanding of tax issues related to changes in business structures and geographic expansions. Your role will involve advising clients on tax laws, reporting requirements, corporate strategy, and other international tax needs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a CPA, JD, LLM, or Master's in Accounting or Taxation preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax services. - Proficient in corporate tax, including research, compliance, and consulting in an international environment. - Experience in public accounting, law firms, or corporate tax departments preferred. - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. - CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity. Preferred Skills: - Ability to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations, and transactions in multiple jurisdictions. - Knowledge of corporate tax, including tax research, compliance, and consulting in an international environment. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships, communicate value propositions, and manage project workflow and budgets. - Experience supervising teams and coaching staff. - Familiarity with automation and digitization in a professional services environment. - In-depth knowledge of alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
