Job Title: Senior Tax Consultant - Real Estate Tax
Experience: 3+ years

Position Summary:
- Seeking experienced tax professional with expertise in partnerships, Subchapter K, and real estate funds
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge tax technologies in the real estate industry
- Responsible for tax compliance and consulting services for investment management clients

Work You'll Do:
- Review partnership work papers, allocations, and tax returns
- Prepare materials and research for consulting projects
- Coordinate with client contacts to gather information for tax returns
- Train, mentor, and supervise tax staff
- Attend required trainings

The Team:
- Global leaders in providing professional services to the Investment Management industry
- Cross-functional group of over 2,800 partners, managers, and staff
- Provide assurance and advisory, tax, enterprise risk, regulatory, and consulting services to a broad range of Investment Management companies

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years of experience in tax planning or preparing tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and tax compliance for real estate funds
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment
- Up to 25% travel may be required
- Active CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP accreditation or willingness to obtain

Preferred:
- Advanced degree in tax, law, or LLM
- Experience in virtual and/or global environments
- Passion for leveraging technology
- Knowledge of ASC740
- Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Strong research, writing, and presentation skills
