Position Summary:

- Tax Manager position in the Financial Services Industry, specifically focusing on hedge funds
- Responsible for identifying complex tax issues and providing tax analyses for hedge fund clients and their affiliates
- Requires understanding of Subchapter K, financial products, and related tax adjustments

- Involves detail-level review of tax workpapers, allocations, and tax returns

- Hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week in person

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in tax planning or preparing and reviewing client workpapers and income tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Understanding of Subchapter K and familiarity with financial products and aggregate allocations
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively
- Active CPA license or other relevant certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Knowledge of fund accounting and general ledger accounting

Salary Information:

- Wage range of $84,980 to $193,440, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and certifications
- May also be eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
