A law firm in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience and will work closely with senior attorneys on complex Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury cases.

Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury cases.
• Engage in motions briefing, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in trials or arbitrations.
• Develop case management strategies for complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with other associates and legal staff on case matters.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience or interest in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases.
• License to practice law in the state of Nevada preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

License to practice law in the state of Nevada (preferred).
