- Create memos, guidance documents, and conduct trainings to increase legal acumen across teams.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer, preferably with marketing or entertainment experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and sound judgment.
- Strategic thinking and interest in the industry.
- High ethical standards and integrity.

Salary Information:
- Annual salary structure with the option to choose between salary and stock options.
- Compensation determined based on market indicators and individual qualifications.
- Range for this role is $70,000 - $350,000.
