Summary:

The Senior Staff Attorney will handle a designated caseload of Workers' Compensation cases in the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Rosa, California. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of legal practice experience handling complex workers’ compensation cases and a JD from an accredited law school with a license to practice in California. The selected candidate will be part of a collaborative learning environment and have the opportunity to provide in-house training to junior associates and claims partners. The position offers competitive compensation with a base pay range of $123,360-$185,040 annually.
