  • Demonstrate experience managing SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions (experience in this area is a plus).
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail, proven leadership abilities, strong client management skills, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Be admitted to practice, and in good standing, in the MA Bar.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • 5-7 years of litigation experience.
  • Admission to practice in the MA Bar and good standing.
  • Impressive academic credentials.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions is a plus.

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
