The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of civil litigation, government enforcement, and internal and external investigation matters. Job Details

The successful candidate will:

• Manage civil litigation, government enforcement, and internal and external investigation matters.
• Have 5-7 years of litigation experience.
• Possess experience in leading complex commercial and securities litigation matters and/or government enforcement matters.
• Demonstrate experience managing SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions (experience in this area is a plus).
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail, proven leadership abilities, strong client management skills, and a team-oriented approach.
• Be admitted to practice, and in good standing, in the MA Bar.

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of litigation experience.
• Admission to practice in the MA Bar and good standing.
• Impressive academic credentials.
• Strong writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
