- Assist Director and Deputy Director for Field Operations
- Conduct legal research, provide data analysis, and assist with speeches and presentations
- No academic credit available
- Field Office Law Interns
- Located in 89 field offices throughout the country
- Assist attorneys with various tasks related to bankruptcy cases
- Academic credit may be available

Qualifications:
- Second- and third-year law students
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a team
- Committed to fairness and integrity in the administration of the bankruptcy system
- Background and interest in bankruptcy, litigation, administrative law, policy, and legislation
