Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on commercial and compliance matters, including contracts, data privacy, and employment law
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
- Analyze and assess laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and balance risk with business goals
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments and advise on implications for the business
- Advocate for and implement technology to improve legal operations and processes
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to support business goals
- Understand company-wide goals to develop systems and processes that support growth

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with one or more state bars in the US
- 4-6 years of experience
- Combined law firm and in-house experience at a technology company preferred but not required
