Family Office Tax Senior Manager Job Description:

Title: Tax Senior Manager - Family Office

Employment Status: Full-time

Salary Range: $137,300 - $299,000 per year

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis on private client taxation

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field

Certification: CPA license in one's principal place of business/home state, licensed . or enrolled agent (with approval from regional tax leader)

Basic Job Duties:
- Advise family office and multi-generational families on a full spectrum of tax services
- Lead the engagement team focused on entity, individual, fiduciary and gift/estate taxation
- Anticipate client needs and collaborate with RSM colleagues to build client relationships
- Participate in prospective client proposals
- Deliver exceptional talent experience
- Participate in local and national committees
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, centers of influence and other RSM promoters

Preferred Qualifications:
- . in Taxation and/or Master's in Taxation
- Experience with gift and estate taxation
