The candidate must be licensed to practice in Nevada, demonstrate excellent analytical and academic credentials, and exhibit strong writing, research, and communication skills. Personal interaction skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to superior client service are essential.

Duties:

• Evaluate case files and develop effective case strategies.
• Engage in motion practice and present arguments during court hearings.
• Conduct depositions and defend client depositions.
• Participate in mediations and prepare for trial.
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Nevada.
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience.
