Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters related to homeowners association and condominium law.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
• Prior experience in collections, foreclosures, residential real estate, and corporate law preferred.
• Experience working with community associations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
