Job Description:
- Investigate and litigate administrative actions against licensed insurance agents, adjusters, companies, and other authorized persons for violations of state laws and regulations.
- Represent TDI in disciplinary actions and draft briefs and pleadings.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of complaints and provide legal advice for the commissioner of insurance.
- Work under moderate supervision with the opportunity for independent judgment.

Qualifications:
- . or degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- At least 6 months to 2 years of legal experience preferred.
- Knowledge of state laws, civil evidentiary techniques, and legal research and writing skills required.
