Responsibilities:

- Participate in client engagements by providing corporate, partnership, and individual tax services, devising and executing tax strategies, and conducting research on potential tax issues.
- Prepare and review tax returns for various entities, including federal, foreign, state, and local taxes, as well as estimated payments and extensions.
- Build relationships with existing clients through networking and business development activities.
- Provide leadership and supervision to Tax Staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master of Tax preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred.
- CPA or licensed attorney preferred. If not currently licensed, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA or attorney license in state of employment upon hire.
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, potentially requiring overnight stays.
- Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide exceptional client service.
- Experience managing multiple client engagements.
- Strong problem-solving and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
