A law firm in West Chester, PA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, with a preference for experience as a prosecutor, public defender, and/or in insurance defense. Duties:

• Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in various legal matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and management.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Stay updated on changes and developments in relevant areas of law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• New Jersey Law License (preferred).
• 2-4 years of legal experience.
• Experience as a prosecutor, public defender, and/or in insurance defense (a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
