Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Proven track record of representing health insurers and healthcare entities in legal matters.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
