Role Summary

- Work closely with key internal partners on legal matters related to Splunk offerings

Must-Have Qualifications
- JD degree from ABA accredited university

- Expertise in intellectual property, open source issues, and data privacy and security
- Experience with software developers and product managers

Salary Information
- Base pay range: $198, - $341, per year (varies by location and candidate experience)
- Eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards
- Eligible for comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan and match, and paid time off

Experience Information
- Minimum of 15 years of experience providing legal support to technology businesses
- At least 6 years in the software/SaaS industry with strong understanding of cloud service offerings
